BAC NINH - Bac Ninh province is being decorated with flags and flowers along roads and in residential areas as residents prepare to celebrate the announcement of the National Assembly's resolution establishing centrally run Bac Ninh city. As the province welcomes the landmark event, officials, Party members and residents are expressing their determination to build Bac Ninh into a smart, modern and civilized city that is prosperous and rich in Kinh Bac cultural identity.
