(BGO) – With the spirit “Production to fight against pandemic, pandemic control to resume production”, since June 14, 2021, Bac Giang province has officially launched Covid-19 management and tracing software (CMTS) at the local companies. However, the application has yet to gain expected results.

(BGO) – As of 2pm on November 15, Bac Giang province administered 1,515,523 Covid-19 vaccine doses, including 1,152,371 first shot and 363,152 second one. Thus, 90.5 percent of local population aged over 18 received at least one vaccine shot while 28.53 percent of adults were fully vaccinated.

(BGO) - Recently, due to the new complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic in Bac Giang province, the number of infections has increased. For timely treatment, in the evening of October 31, the field hospital No. 2, located at the provincial stadium, resumed operations to care for and treat Covid-19 patients.

(BGO) – On November 12, Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Anh Duong who is also deputy head of the Standing Board of the provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, and Commander of the provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Command Centre chaired the teleconference with ten districts and city.

(BGO)- Bac Giang has seen complicated developments of Covid-19 pandemic with different infection chains including the infection sources from those returning or coming from virus-hit areas who do not implement timely medical and residential declaration or intentionally violate. Tightening residential management is one the important measures contributing to effective prevention and control against the pandemic.
