VN's Covid-19 update on Saturday morning.

The first batch of Covid-19 vaccines supplied by the COVAX Facility via UNICEF arrived at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi on the morning of April 1.

As authorised by the Prime Minister, Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung symbolically handed over US$200,000 to Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam Chay Navuth, as a gift from the Vietnamese Government and people to support the country’s Covid-19 fight.

Fifteen local athletes and two foreign sports experts were inoculated against Covid-19 in Hanoi on Tuesday in preparation for overseas Olympic qualifiers.
