General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, his spouse, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will pay official visits to the European Union (EU) and Belgium from October 21 - 24, 2026. The visit to the EU aims to reaffirm its importance in Vietnam’s foreign policy, strengthen political trust, and deepen the Vietnam-EU Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in a more substantive and effective manner.
