Provincial Vice Chairman visits, presents Tet gifts to policy beneficiaries
BAC NINH - On January 27, Pham Van Thinh, a member of the provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee (PPC), led a delegation to visit and present Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, families of martyrs and elderly residents in Dao Vien and Nhan Hoa wards.
During the visit, the PPC Vice Chairman and the delegation offered Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Do Thi Yen, born in 1925, in Lay residential area of Dao Vien ward, who lost two sons in the war. The delegation also visited Nguyen Thi De, a resident of Dong residential area in Dao Vien ward, to mark her 100th birthday.

Other beneficiaries included war invalid Bui Xuan He, classified as 2/4, in Thong Ha residential area of Nhan Hoa ward, and Nguyen Dong Phuong, also a 2/4 war invalid living in Xuan Binh residential area of Nhan Hoa ward, whose son Nguyen Tuan Anh was a martyr.
At each location, the provincial leader expressed his deep gratitude to families of people with meritorious service, particularly Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and relatives of fallen soldiers, for their sacrifices and contributions to the national liberation cause.

He extended New Year wishes to policy beneficiaries and elderly citizens, wishing them good health, longevity and a warm, joyful Lunar New Year with their families. He also encouraged them to continue serving as moral examples and sources of spiritual support for younger generations and local communities.
On the occasion, the PPC Vice Chairman called on local Party committees, authorities and mass organizations to continue paying close attention to the living conditions of policy families and senior citizens, especially during the Lunar New Year, to ensure that all households are able to celebrate Tet in a warm and caring atmosphere.
