Bac Giang's public service management quality in top 10 provinces and cities nationwide
BAC GIANG - According to the ranking at the National Public Service Portal, at this time, the quality of public service management in implementing administrative procedures and providing public services in Bac Giang province scored over 81, helping the province be among 10 leading provinces and cities nationwide.
Of which, 76.24 % of documents were submitted online, 97.98% were handled and returned on time and ahead the due date, 79.74% were provided with electronic results, 79.13% were provided with digitalized results.

This result was achieved thanks to recent great effort of departments, sectors and localities to accelerate propaganda and guide people to submit documents online together with non-cash payments when resolving administrative procedures, especially paying via National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, the province supplemented more equipment for digitization and directed professional staff to process documents on time.
Some localities with high quality of public service management in implementing administrative procedures and providing public services included Bac Giang City 91.95 points, Yen The district 91.15 points, Tan Yen district 89.59 points.
To improve the quality of public service administration, in the coming time, units will continue to propagate and guide people how to use online services in resolving administrative procedures; prepare conditions for implementing unified electronic identification accounts in online document processing from July 1, 2024.
The competent agencies regularly coordinate with the Public Security force to review and clean population data to ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, live" criteria so that it can be exploited and reused when handling administrative procedures in the digital environment.
