Bac Ninh Chairman of the provincial People's Committee has ordered the mechanism to be applied to 10 projects scheduled to break ground and one project scheduled for inauguration.

The projects include the construction of the Northwest New Urban Area of Bac Ninh City – Area 1, invested in by a consortium led by Vingroup and other companies; the Nghia Hung Industrial Park infrastructure development and business project, invested in by Gilimex Bac Giang Industrial Park JSC; and the Dabaco vaccine research and production institute project, invested in by Dabaco Vietnam Group JSC.

The 24-hour green lane mechanism also covers social housing projects in Bac Giang Ward and Noi Hoang Ward, as well as the Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park – Zone C, expanded Viet Han Industrial Park, Que Vo III Industrial Park – Zone 2 and Duc Giang Industrial Park Phase 1. The Luxshare-ICT (Bac Ninh) project is also included.

The province is also scheduled to inaugurate a social housing project for workers in Nenh Ward.

The provincial Chairman has instructed investors to urgently complete outstanding procedures related to land, investment and construction and submit them to the competent authorities.

Provincial departments, agencies and local authorities have been asked to proactively review land, investment and construction procedures for the projects on the list, as well as other projects that could be launched or inaugurated, and apply the 24-hour green lane mechanism to expedite administrative procedures.

The aim is to ensure the projects meet all regulatory requirements for groundbreaking or inauguration ceremonies before September 10, 2026.
