On August 26, the Bong Lai Ward People's Committee held a ceremony to grant the first-phase land-use certificate for the investment, construction and infrastructure business project of Que Vo Industrial Park Expansion 2 to Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation.

The leaders present flowers and congratulate the investor receiving the land use rights certificate.

The event was attended by Nguyen Trung Hien, Director of Bac Ninh Radio and Television, leaders of Bong Lai Ward and the investor.

The Que Vo Industrial Park Expansion 2 infrastructure development project is among Bac Ninh's key projects. The provincial People's Committee approved its investment policy and investor selection under Decision No. 333/QD-UBND dated April 28, 2025, with estimated total investment of 1.878 trillion VND (72 million USD).

The project covers about 140.34 hectares, including about 44.75 hectares in Bong Lai Ward and involving 475 households in Mo Dao, Truc O and Vu Duong residential areas.

After completing procedures for land recovery, allocation and leasing, the Bong Lai Ward People's Committee on August 21, 2026, granted the first-phase land-use certificate covering 44.5 hectares to Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation.

The project is the first industrial park to be developed in the ward. Once operational, it is expected to attract numerous factories, create more jobs and drive the development of trade and services in the area.
