Ten imported cases of Covid-19 were reported on December 8, raising the national count to 1,377, according to the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.

One new imported Covid-19 case confirmed on Monday.

Still no new community infections recorded in Vietnam. There has been one new imported case, a 54-year-old Libyan national who is currently being treated at National Hospital for Tropical Diseases 2. He is the diplomat we reported on earlier today.

There are no more community Covid-19 cases in Vietnam. On Saturday four new cases were imported, all Vietnamese on repatriation flights, three returning home from Europe and one from the US.
