Updated: 20:41, 17/08/2026

BAC NINH- The delegation of a training class for key trade union officials led by Le Van Nghia, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour has paid a site visit to Cayi Technology Vietnam Company in Yen Phong industrial park (IP). The delegation was received by Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Phuong.

Cayi Technology, established in 2023, produces stainless steel insulated tumblers and plastic cups at a total production capacity of 60 million products per year. It currently has more than 1,900 employees.

The delegates visit the factory of Cayi Technology Vietnam Company.

At the meeting, the delegates sought information about production, employment, income, allowance policies and caring for workers of the company.

According to the company’s report, the workers’ average income ranges from 14 to 18 million VND (540 to 684 USD) per month.

Besides, the company provides a main-shift meal allowance of 25,000 VND and a supplementary-shift meal allowance of 18,000 VND.

It also implements monthly welfare policies valued at approximately 250,000 to 300,000 VND (9.6 to 11.5 USD) per employee.

Remarkably, the grassroots trade union has worked closely with the company to sign a Collective Labour Agreement containing a number of provisions that benefit workers better than those stipulated by law.

Particularly, the basic monthly salary is 6 million VND (231.3 USD), 36 percent higher than the applicable regional minimum wage. The night-shift allowance is 10,000 VND per hour, exceeding the regulated rate.

The company also implements various forms of rewards to motivate its employees. It organizes monthly evaluations to select outstanding employees and managers, provides shift meals and maintains a range of welfare activities, including visits and presenting gifts on holidays, Tet and other special occasions.

Speaking at the meeting, Le Van Nghia expressed his sincere thanks for the attention, collaboration and careful preparation of the provincial leaders, the provincial Confederation of Labours and the company leadership.

He stressed the field trip is aimed at giving an opportunity for key trade union officials to learn about trade union activities at the company as well as exchange their practices and experiences in performing the functions of representing, caring and protecting legitimate rights and benefits of trade unionists and workers.

He expected the company would continue to facilitate effective operation of the grassroots-level trade union and pay greater attention to employment, income, benefits, policies and the rights and interests of female employees.

On this occasion, the provincial Confederation of Labour presented 100 gift packages to trade union members and workers of Cayi Technology Vietnam Company facing difficult circumstances and individuals with outstanding performances at work and production.
