The event will be organised by the Bac Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Bac Ninh Centre for Culture and Tourism Promotion and five other localities: Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang and Lang Son.

Under the theme "Culinary excellence comes together – Connecting Bac Ninh tourism", the festival will feature 100 booths across two exhibition areas.

Area A will comprise 20 booths showcasing signature Bac Ninh food products, including distinctive agricultural produce, processed foods, local specialities, distilled beverages and mixed drinks presented by tourism businesses and culinary clubs from local communes and wards.

Area B will feature 80 booths displaying specialities and culinary products from Bac Ninh and other regions across the country.

Visitors will have the opportunity to sample a wide range of local dishes and products, including Van An crab soup rice cake, Mao Dien steamed rice rolls, Ke rice crackers, Hoang Van square sticky rice cakes, Thi Cau five-colour cakes, Dinh Bang phu the cakes, Lien Chung grilled pork rolls, horse meat rolls, Dap Cau roasted liver pho, Danh Mountain ginseng wine and Ban Ven tea.

According to the Bac Ninh Centre for Culture and Tourism Promotion, the festival will feature not only product exhibitions but also demonstrations of traditional cooking techniques, exchanges with artisans and cultural performances for residents and visitors.

A new feature of this year's event will be a digital culinary map titled "Culinary excellence comes together – Connecting Bac Ninh tourism", accessible via QR codes. The map will help visitors search for local specialities, food and beverage businesses, and prominent tourist destinations.

The festival aims to promote Bac Ninh's image, people, cultural heritage and distinctive cuisine to domestic and international visitors.

It is also expected to strengthen tourism links and cooperation among participating localities, while providing businesses and local authorities with opportunities to showcase regional products, promote specialities and expand commercial connections.
