31 investment projects added in industrial zones of Bac Giang

– Since the start of the year, the Industrial Zones (IZs) Management Board of
Bac Giang province has granted licences to 31 new investment projects, up four
projects year-on-year.

Besides, the board also approved the addition of 90 million USD of capital to 20 existing projects. As a result, total new investment capital poured into the province’s IZs hit about 7.6 trillion VND (334.4 million USD), equivalent to 152 percent of the year’s plan.
To date, there have been 306 projects operating in the province’s IZs. Of the projects, 199 are foreign-invested and 107 domestics ones, with combined registered capital reaching 2.5 billion USD and nearly 7.4 trillion VND (325.6 million USD), respectively.
