The project has an overall length of 11 kilometers with major items of repairing the broken surfaces, additionally building the vertical gutters and horizontal drainage systems alongside the crowded residential area.

As scheduled, the project will be commenced at the end of this year and completed within 2019, helping ensure the transport safety and boost up the socio-economy growth in the province.

The national road No.37 spans about 470 kilometers and links 7 provinces and cities of Thai Binh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai and Son La. The first point is located at Dien Dien port (Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province) and the last one at Co Noi T-junction in Co Noi commune, Mai Son district, Son La province.
