The project was approved by the provincial People's Committee on February 28, 2026, with Fuji Duc Giang Development as the investor.

Leaders of Canh Thuy Ward People's Committee and the developer supervise compensation payments to households and individuals.

Covering 79.96 hectares in Canh Thuy Ward and Dong Viet Commune, the project has total investment of nearly 902 billion VND (34.4 million USD).

It aims to develop and operate a modern industrial park with synchronized technical infrastructure, as well as factories for lease and sale.

Basic construction and commissioning are expected to be completed within 18 months from the date the state hands over or leases the land.
