Accordingly, the project is expected to ensure safe, stable and continuous power supply for Xuan Cam- Huong Lam industrial park in phase 1, contribute to completing the 110kV electricity grid under the master plan, improve power quality, reduce power loss and enhance regional power supply reliability.

An overview of Xuan Cam - Huong Lam Industrial Park (Phase 1).

The project consists of the main items, particularly construction of a new 110 kV double-circuit transmission line approximately 1.544 km in length using ACSR 2×240 conductors with a loop-in/loop-out connection to the 110 kV T500 Hiep Hoa – 110 kV Song Cau transmission line and building a new 110 kV substation at a planned capacity of 2×63 MVA-110/22 kV.

Phase 1 comprises installation of a 63 MVA transformer, a controlling, data acquisition and monitoring system and 22 kV distribution switchgears.

The project is valued at over 131 billion VND (5.1 million USD) including more than 31 billion VND (1.2 million USD) by the investor and the remaining 100 billion VND (3.9 million USD) mobilized from credit organizations and other legal fund resources.

The project is scheduled to finalize investment procedures from Q4 of 2026 to Q1 of 2027, commence construction in Q1 of 2027, complete and bring the project into operation in Q4 of 2027.
