Under the decision issued by the provincial People’s Committee, the project will be developed by Xuan Cau Holdings JSC, based in Hanoi.

The investor will build and operate technical infrastructure for the industrial park to create land for sublease, construct factories for sale and lease to serve industrial production, and conduct related auxiliary infrastructure business activities within the park.

The project will cover more than 120 hectares in Xuan Cam commune. Of the total investment capital, more than 260 billion VND will come from the investor’s equity, with the remainder mobilized through loans and other lawful funding sources from credit institutions.

The project is set to operate for 50 years from the date of approval of the investment policy and investor.

Provincial authorities are currently coordinating with and guiding the investor to complete required documentation and procedures in accordance with regulations to ensure early commencement of construction.

The industrial park is expected to be completed and put into operation from 2028, when it will begin attracting secondary investors.
