Bac Ninh establishes 45-hectare Que Tan industrial cluster

BAC NINH - Bac Ninh province has established the Que Tan industrial cluster, covering about 45 hectares, under a decision signed by provincial People's Committee Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh.

The cluster is located in Que Vo and Dao Vien wards and is planned as a green, clean and environmentally friendly industrial hub focused on efficient use of energy and natural resources.

It will attract processing and manufacturing industries, including garment production; wood, bamboo and rattan processing; paper and paperboard packaging; cosmetics, soap and detergents; pharmaceuticals, chemicals and medicinal materials; rubber and plastic products; mechanical processing and metal treatment and coating; electronics, computers and optical products; electrical equipment; machinery and equipment; furniture; as well as machinery and equipment repair, maintenance and installation.

The cluster will also accommodate water supply, warehousing, transport support services and supporting industries in line with regulations.

Truong Thinh Trading, Development and Construction Investment JSC is the developer of the cluster's technical infrastructure.

The project aims to build a modern and synchronised technical infrastructure system, with total investment of 577.577 billion VND (22.3 million USD).

From August 2026 to June 2029, the project will carry out investment, construction and land-related legal procedures, compensation and site clearance, infrastructure construction and investor attraction.

The project will have an operating term of 50 years from the date the state decides to allocate or lease the land, or approve a change in land-use purpose.
