The project has a total investment of more than 443 billion VND (17.1 million USD) funded by the provincial budget.

The road will be about 2 km long, with the main roadbed 60 metres wide and a 21-metre-wide carriageway separated by a median. It will have a designed speed of 80 km per hour.

The starting point at Km0+00 will connect with Vo Van Kiet Road, while the endpoint at Km1+930 will connect with Provincial Road 398.

The project includes roadbed and pavement construction, longitudinal and transverse drainage systems, sidewalks, lighting and traffic safety facilities, as well as pedestrian crossings, ramps, access points and barriers to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.

Dong Duong Construction Group JSC is the contractor.

The road is expected to be completed in February 2028. It will help improve transport infrastructure in the area and meet growing travel and freight transport demand from residents and businesses.

The project will also strengthen links between industrial parks and expressways, national highways and provincial roads, helping ease traffic congestion, improve transport capacity for production and support socio-economic development.
