Bac Ninh invests over 654 billion VND in Thanh Van-Hoang An industrial cluster
BAC NINH - Bac Ninh province has approved the establishment of the Thanh Van-Hoang An industrial cluster in Hoang Van commune, with total investment of more than 654 billion VND (about 25.2 million USD).
The industrial cluster will cover about 56 hectares, with its exact area to be determined during the preparation of its detailed planning, according to a provincial decision.

The project is designed as a green, clean and environmentally friendly industrial cluster, providing production and business space and supporting industrial development in Hoang Van commune.
Long Dung Company Ltd. is the infrastructure developer, with construction scheduled from August 2026 through June 2029.
The cluster will attract businesses involved in food production and processing, excluding livestock and poultry slaughtering, as well as beverage, garment, luggage, handbag and footwear manufacturing.
Other targeted industries include wood processing, paper and packaging production, printing, pharmaceutical and medicinal product manufacturing, as well as water supply, supporting industries and warehouse and factory leasing.
The technical infrastructure will be developed in a modern and integrated manner, including internal roads, pavements, green spaces, lighting, rainwater drainage, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and solid waste management.
The Thanh Van-Hoang An industrial cluster will have an operating term of 50 years from the date of land allocation, lease or conversion of land use purposes, with investment incentives provided in accordance with current regulations.
