Legend Bright is developing a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing project at Gia Binh II Industrial Park with a total investment of nearly 74 million USD.

Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2024, and the company has largely completed key facilities, including production workshops, office buildings, parking areas, technical infrastructure and internal roads.

The company is currently installing equipment and preparing for trial operations, with commercial production expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026. Legend Bright also plans to increase its investment capital to expand manufacturing capacity.

Meanwhile, Cooler Master Manufacturing Vietnam has launched three projects in Bac Ninh, focusing on an R&D center, an international AI exhibition center, as well as factory and worker accommodation developments.

The company currently employs more than 1,300 workers, with an average monthly salary of around 15 million VND per employee. During the meeting, Cooler Master representatives thanked provincial authorities for supporting project implementation and praised Bac Ninh’s industrial infrastructure.

The two sides also discussed investment incentives and procedures related to the development of worker housing and the company's R&D center.

Representatives of both companies proposed that the province continue supporting their investment expansion plans and provide clarification on relevant tax policies.

The PPC Vice Chairman acknowledged the companies’ efforts in investment and production activities and thanked them for their continued confidence in Bac Ninh’s business environment, which has encouraged them to expand operations in the province.

He reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to accompanying businesses and creating favorable conditions for their development in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Relevant agencies would be assigned to coordinate with investors to address concerns and remove obstacles in a timely manner, helping accelerate project implementation and improve business efficiency.

Following the meeting, the provincial leader and officials visited the companies’ production facilities and staff canteens. The delegation also presented lychees, a signature agricultural product of Bac Ninh Province, to company representatives.
