Creative startup ecosystem assisted in Bac Giang in period 2021 – 2025

(BGO) – The Chairman of Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee has issued the Plan to support the creative startup ecosystem (CSE) in Bac Giang in the period 2021 – 2025 to continue completing and synchronously implementing policies and mechanisms relating to CSE.

Particularly, the Plan assists to develop 20 creative startup projects, eight to ten creative startup companies (priority to qualified science and technology businesses), establish one to two organizations to supply technical services and facilities for startup, train 20 to 25 creative startup coaches (with training certificates), provide training course for 1,500 turns of participants, call for socialization investment for creative startup projects of at least five billion VND.

By 2025, Bac Giang strives to be in top 15 provinces and cities which well implement Prime Minister Project No.884.

The beneficiaries include individuals or groups of individuals with startup project; startup enterprises with fast growth capability by exploiting intellectual property, technology and new business model (startup company’s operation time is less than five years since receiving first business registration certificate); organizations providing technical services, facilities, investment, communication to creative startup activities.

The Plan supports to reinforce the information and propaganda to accelerate creative startup movement; train and consult about creative startup; develop infrastructure for startup business; develop startup scientific programmes, projects and technology; link and develop CSE.
