Hiep Hoa calls for investment in three projects in PPP form

(BGO) – Hiep Hoa district in the northern province of Bac Giang has been calling for investment in three projects in the private-public partnership (PPP) form with a total capital of over 660 billion VND in the 2017-2020 period.

The first project involves the construction of the Mai Dinh – Tam Giang suspension bridge connecting Mai Dinh commune in Hiep Hoa district and Tam Giang commune in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province. The 168m-long bridge will be built at a cost of 40.5 billion VND, with 30 percent of which coming from the State budget. Once operational, it can accommodate vehicles of maximum 3.5 tonnes.

A road leading to the Mai Dinh-Tam Giang bridge has a total investment of 20 billion VND using the State budget. It is implemented in the form of Build-Transfer (BT).

The last and biggest project is the provincial road 295 linked with the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway and Xuan Cam bridge.

The project is estimated to cost 600 billion VND (27 million USD) which will be mobilised from businesses in the Build-Operation-Transfer (BOT) form./.
