Over 200 billion VND invested in industrial cluster’s infrastructure from socialization source

(BGO) – The Department of Industry and Trade in the northern province of Bac Giang has reported consulting the provincial People’s Committee on handling over some industrial clusters (IC) to the enterprises for infrastructure investment, realizing the policy to boost up the socialization and attract private capital to develop the IC infrastructure.

These ICs included Tang Tien IC (Viet Yen district); Viet Nhat IC, Thanh Van IC and Doan Bai IC (Hiep Hoa district); Noi Hoang IC and Nham Son – Yen Lu IC (Yen Dung district) and Dai Lam IC (Lang Giang district).

To date, the infrastructures of 14 out of 36 ICs in Bac Giang province have been invested and offered infrastructure services by the enterprises.

The total capital from the socialization investment has reached some 200 billion VND (87.8 million USD). The amount is mobilized to build the electric, road, wastewater treatment systems in the ICs of Dai Lam (Lang Giang district), E-Parks (Hiep Hoa district) as well as clear the land and complete the technical infrastructure for Viet Tien IC (Viet Yen district); thus helping synchronize the technical infrastructure and meet the enterprises’ demand of production and business investment.
