Resolution No. 31-NQ/TW, signed on October 15, aims to drive strong, substantive and sustainable progress in Party building and rectification and build a clean, comprehensively strong political system. The resolution also seeks to uphold the Party’s revolutionary nature, pioneering and exemplary role, intellect, mettle and ethics, while maintaining close ties with the people.
