The organizers arranged more than 30 referees at the starting point, corners, on the running track, and at the finish line to ensure objectivity, impartiality, fairness and accuracy.

Due to the fast preparation time before the competition, the units focused highly on practicing with exercises to enhance endurance, fitness and acceleration when reaching the finish line. During the training process, coaches and athletes always upheld the sense of responsibility and tried their best with the goal of earning the highest achievements.
Among the participating units, in the race for districts and city, Lang Giang team are still considered the strongest candidate as they have won the tournament 36 times. Other districts such as Tan Yen, Yen Dung, and Luc Nam, also have made carefully preparations to attend the tournament with the strongest squad.

In the race for secondary school students, the teams have actively practiced until the competition day. Although students are focusing on preparing for the second semester examination, the divisions of education and training, schools, and parents have created the best conditions for them to practice.
The organisation of the Bac Giang Newspaper Run amid the pandemic holds a significant meaning, helping spread the spirit of love for sports, encourage the masses, especially young people and students, to regularly exercise to improve their health, and promote the development of the province's sports movement.
