Bac Giang exports first batch of soybean to US

(BGO) – After years of negotiation, Toan Cau Food Import Export Joint Stock Company (Toan Cau JSC) in Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province) successfully exported first batch of over 30 tonnes of soybean to the US market.

To reach this step, Toan Cau JSC has spent three years on negotiating and proceeding formalities because this choosy market requests high criteria in line with regulation of United States Department of Agriculture.

Soyabean is passed through preliminary processing stage at Toan Cau Food Import Export Joint Stock Company.

To be active in material, Toan Cau JSC has linked with farmers in Dong Phu commune (Luc Nam district) and adjacent provinces to grow the soybean. The company provides seeds and technical assistance to instruct cultivation procedure ensuring food hygiene and safety.

Also, Toan Cau JSC invested in modern preliminary processing and preserving line so the processing products meet all requirements of the partner. The soyabean to US will be supplied to the manufacturing factories.

As the order, Toan Cau JSC will export about 20 to 30 tonnes of soyabean to this market. Apart from this product, the company now exports several products to European countries such as frozen lychee and corn.
