At the destinations, the PPC Secretary and delegates listened to the report of execution and progress of each project then directly discussed to know about the difficulties and obstacles.

The provincial leader acknowledged and highly spoke of the efforts from the construction contractors and investors. He ordered the competent agencies and localities to strictly collaborate in removing difficulties, speeding up the schedule and ensuring project quality.

He pressed that Nhu Nguyet bridge was the principal transport backbone of the nation with huge density and flow of vehicles, thus the construction progress mush be accelerated.

He directed the provincial People’s Committee to issue document suggesting Bac Ninh province to urgently conduct site work within September then hand over the plane to construction contractor.

Meanwhile, the provincial Management Board of traffic and agriculture construction and investment projects were ordered to request contractors with clear plane to speed up the schedule so as to basically complete the path on Bac Ninh side within October as well as the path on Bac Giang side. The target is to conduct the technical traffic clearance before Lunar New Year 2023.

Additionally, the PPC Secretary requested Luc Nam district to highly focus on site work, especially at the bottleneck points of golf course project, prepare coercive plan for households failing to follow the regulation. The coercion is only done after discussion of Chairman of district People’s Committee to ensure the democracy and high consensus. The district was ordered to complete handing over the site to investment before September 30.

The provincial leaders also ordered investors to raise the responsibility in project execution, mobilize human resources and machine to promptly construct the areas with clear land so as to complete 18 holes and put in operation before June 30, 2023.

Regarding the agriculture projects in Luc Nam district, he affirmed their importance to serve socio-economic development in the district and adjacent areas in the province. The project implementation was smooth with sufficient investment capital and timely disbursement. Now, only the construction of Ngoi Man pumping station was delayed due to site work so the district must focus on handing over the land to contractor. The construction parties should make progress chart, highly concentrate on working so as to complete before November 2022.

Secretary Duong Van Thai directed relevant bodies to highly focus on the project to build Cong Chan pumping station with huge investment of over 473 billion VND, big scale and operating capacity so as to ensure safety and project quality. The target is set to basically complete project items and disburse 100 percent of capital by December 31, 2022. After completion, it will have strategic importance at first and for long term also.
