It will be implemented in Da Mai ward and Song Mai commune in Bac Giang city (within the Zoning-off Planning Scheme for Zone No.4 in Bac Giang city).

The urban area borders to Tran Hung Dao to the North, agriculture field and Thuong Phu village to the South, national road No.17 or Hoang Hoa Tham road to the West; dyke of Thuong river to the East.

The project covers about 46.2 ha with total expected population of 6,200 people. It is totally invested over 1,561 billion VND (68,600 USD). The investors will be selected by open bidding nationwide from the fourth quarter in 2021.
