The PPC issued Decision No.872/QD-UBND to approve for the adjustment of Detail Plan Task to build Van Trung urban and social house areas in Van Trung commune, Viet Yen district (ratio 1/500) which was previously approved at Decision No.02/QD-UBND on January 5, 2021.

However during project preparation, the investor - Nam A Company Limited on February 6, 2021 submitted document No.0602/CV-NA/2021 to postpone the sponsorship as well as inspection for acceptance and liquidation till the plan making period.

On February 19, 2021, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Construction Joint Stock Company (HCMMC) submitted document No.05/CV-DABG to propose to sponsor capital to make the above mentioned planning project.

After reviewing, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on April 20,2021 issued document No.250-TB/TU and the PPC issued document No.1976/UBND-Xd on May 8, 2021 to accept HCMMC as the investor to make the planning project.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing order, the planning project is adjusted to complete by the end of December 2021 with added area up to 74.5 ha from initial 72 ha.

Besides, the PPC has issued Decision No.873/QD-UBND to approve for Detail Plan Task to build Urban area No.5 in Tan An town, Lao Ho commune, Yen Dung district (ratio 1/500).

The Decision specified that the detail planning area for Urban area No.5 borders to the provincial road No.293 to the North; Thang residential group and current cultivation field to the South; cultivation field in Lao Ho commune to the East; cultivation field of Thang residential group and Tan An town to the West.

As plan, it covers about 34.7 ha with expected population of 4,300 people. It is a new Urban area with public and service buildings.

The planning project aims to specify the general plan of expanded Tan Dan town urban area (Tan An town nowadays) in Yen Dung district which was approved by the PPC as the legal basis for management and construction in line with the plan as well as preparation for making investment and construction project.
