Updated: 19:59, 17/08/2023
BAC GIANG - According to the master plan till 2030, Bac Giang province has 78 concentrated vegetable production areas. Besides the advantages, the vegetable production encounters some difficulties and obstacles to meet market demand and serve the processing industry. All levels, sectors and localities have implemented various solutions to handle these problems.

Decision No. 100/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2023 on approving the results of “Reviewing, updating and editing the digital map of concentrated production areas, specialized cultivation area of key agricultural products and hi-tech farming area in Bac Giang province" determined that 8 districts (except Luc Ngan district and Bac Giang city) will have 78 concentrated vegetable production areas with a total area of more than 7.2 thousand hectares by 2030, including 23 hi-tech agricultural areas (increase of one area and decrease of 533 hectares compared to the initial plan to build a concentrated vegetable production area).
