The social housing project in the western Dinh Tri new urban area is being developed by Areca Vietnam Investment and Services JSC.

Covering about 0.68 hectares, it has a total investment of more than 831 billion VND (over 32 million USD) and comprises a 25-storey apartment building with 704 units, providing accommodation for around 1,140 people.

Construction has reached the structural work on the 15th floor, with completion scheduled for March 2029.

Foundation work is under way, and the project is expected to be completed in 2028.

Noting the substantial demand for social housing in Bac Ninh, the municipal leader stressed that developers must fulfil their responsibilities, complete projects on schedule and ensure construction quality to expand housing supply and meet residents' needs.

During the visit, he also inspected traffic conditions on National Highway 18 in Phuong Lieu ward, along the section passing through Que Vo Industrial Park. The area experiences heavy traffic volumes and frequent congestion during peak hours.
