Bac Ninh aims to become attractive cultural tourism destination by 2030
BAC NINH - Under its external communications development strategy through 2030, Bac Ninh plans to strengthen international outreach linked to promoting Vietnam’s national image while introducing global audiences to the province’s people, history, Kinh Bac cultural heritage, and UNESCO-recognized tangible and intangible cultural assets.
The province will focus on modernizing its communication methods through greater use of digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), multimedia platforms and digital channels.

Authorities also plan to develop a unified brand identity, official gift collections and communication products that reflect the distinct cultural identity of Kinh Bac.
Each year, Bac Ninh expects to organize or participate in 10 to 15 domestic and international events, conferences, forums and promotion programs covering investment, culture and tourism.
The province will intensify promotion of its signature cultural values, including Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk singing, Dong Ho folk paintings, the Buddhist propagation route associated with the three patriarchs of the Truc Lam Zen sect and other UNESCO-recognized cultural heritage elements.
It will also expand cultural exchange activities, investment promotion, tourism promotion and people-to-people diplomacy both at home and abroad.
Under the plan, every commune and ward is encouraged to develop at least one distinctive image, product or cultural value for promotional purposes, helping enhance Bac Ninh’s profile and reputation as it deepens international integration.
