Its economic development must be associated with environmental protection, taking science, technology and innovation as the main growth drivers.

Besides, it will develop modern, high-tech industry and deeply participate in the global supply chain while forming a leading electronics industry center, with a focus on semiconductor industry, microchip production and artificial intelligence nationwide and in the region.

It is necessary to complete integrated road, waterway, railway, airway and smart city transport infrastructure, connecting major urban centers with logistics service and infrastructure while focusing on harmonious and balanced development among localities in the city.

It is requested to build a streamlined, professional, modern, incorruptible and disciplined urban government, operating effectively and efficiently, facilitating development and firmly protecting national defense, security, order and social safety.

In addition, it will comprehensively develop cultural and social sectors as well as improve the people’s quality of life so that the people can enjoy the fruits of development.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province will collaborate with related agencies to complete the Project and submit it to the Executive Committee of the Party Central Committee.

Besides, they will promptly complete the missing contents and dossier for recognition of type I urban area and submit it to the Central Committee for consideration and decision (in case the dossier is completed, it will be submitted to the 3rd Central Conference).
