The industrial park infrastructure project is being developed by Plaschem Infrastructure Investment Business JSC, which is currently coordinating site boundary marking, cadastral mapping and regulatory appraisal procedures.
Provincial authorities, local departments and district officials are also working to clear land and resolve issues related to compensation, resettlement and land allocation to ensure the project proceeds on schedule.
Nguyen Tien Dung, Chairman of Bac Lung Commune People’s Committee, said local residents expected the project to create jobs and open up new development opportunities for the area.
The provincial Department of Industry and Trade has simultaneously directed power development planning to ensure stable electricity supply for future production activities within the industrial park.
The management board said responsibilities and implementation deadlines had been assigned clearly to relevant agencies to accelerate the project while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
Authorities are targeting the attraction of secondary investors from April 2027, prioritizing high-tech and environmentally friendly projects.
Officials said administrative procedures would be carried out in parallel rather than sequentially to shorten implementation time and speed up project progress.
The Yen Son Industrial Park is expected to contribute to socio-economic development in Bac Ninh and surrounding areas as Vietnam continues expanding industrial capacity and logistics infrastructure in the North.
