Under the decision signed by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, the project will cover more than 105 hectares in Xuan Cam Commune and will be developed by Ecotech Industrial Infrastructure Development JSC, whose headquarters are located in the JUTECH Industrial Cluster.

The total investment capital exceeds 1.5 trillion VND, including more than 234 billion VND in investor equity, with the remainder financed through mobilized capital and bank loans.

The project is designed to build and operate industrial park infrastructure, creating land for lease while also developing factories for sale and rental to support manufacturing activities. It will also provide related auxiliary infrastructure and services within the industrial park.

The project has an operating term of 50 years from the date of land allocation or lease by the state.

According to the Bac Ninh Industrial Parks Authority, provincial agencies are working with the investor to complete the remaining administrative procedures so that construction can begin promptly and the project can be brought into operation as soon as possible.

The addition of the new industrial park is expected to expand Bac Ninh's industrial land supply, strengthen its ability to attract domestic and foreign investment, and further support the province's economic growth strategy.
