Bac Ninh inaugurates three buildings of Van Trung social housing project for long-term rental
BAC NINH - Fugiang Co., Ltd. has inaugurated and officially put into operation three apartment buildings under the Van Trung social housing project, expanding accommodation options for industrial workers in the northern province.
The newly completed A11, A13 and A15 buildings occupy a site of approximately 2.84 hectares and each comprise 18 above-ground floors, a semi-basement level and a technical rooftop floor.

According to the developer, the three buildings provide a total of 283 apartments that will be operated under a long-term rental model. Each unit has a floor area of between 68 and 70 square metres.
The complex also includes community rooms and guest reception areas, offering facilities comparable to those found in commercial apartment developments.
Initially, the apartments will serve employees of Foxconn Group, which operates manufacturing facilities in Bac Ninh Province.

The housing project features integrated technical infrastructure, fire prevention and protection systems, security services, landscaped surroundings and other essential amenities, aiming to provide workers with a safe and convenient living environment.
The long-term rental social housing model is considered well suited to Bac Ninh’s industrial development strategy, as the province continues to attract hundreds of thousands of workers from within and outside the locality.
At the ceremony, Fugiang handed over rental contracts and apartments to the operating unit, marking the official launch of the A11, A13 and A15 buildings.
