The project covers repairs to the roadbed, surface and related structures along three stretches: Km0–Km0+500 passing through Bien Son commune, Km7+900–Km9, and Km20+300–Km22+375 passing through Sa Ly commune.

The total investment amounts to 37 billion VND (1.62 million USD), funded by the provincial budget. A consortium of 268 Road Joint Stock Company and Truong Son Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company has been contracted for the construction.

According to the design plan, the project will repair damaged foundations and surfaces, build side drains and reinforce road shoulders over nearly 3.7 km.

The cross-section will follow the existing road structure, with some sections widened for uniformity. The roadbed will be 9 meters wide, with an 8-meter-wide surface.

Damaged soil layers will be excavated and replaced with compacted K95 and K98 material, followed by crushed stone and asphalt concrete to ensure a smooth and durable finish.

The project is scheduled for completion by early February 2026. Once finished, it is expected to improve traffic safety and convenience for residents and vehicles, while supporting local socio-economic development.
