Bac Ninh promotes tourism, stages Dong Ngu water puppetry at Spring Festival
BAC NINH – In an effort to boost tourism promotion linked with preserving and promoting traditional cultural heritage values, the Bac Ninh Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion will organize exhibitions, showcase craft village products and stage Dong Ngu water puppetry performances at six key historical and tourist sites across the province from late February through the end of April.
The activities will take place during the 2026 Spring Festival at destinations including Tay Yen Tu Tourist Area in Tay Yen Tu commune, the Hoang Hoa Tham Historical Site in Yen The commune, Viem Xa Tourist Site in Kinh Bac ward, Bo Da Pagoda in Van Ha ward, the Cao Lo Vuong Mausoleum and Temple Complex in Cao Duc commune, and Do Temple in Tu Son ward.

At each venue, organizers will set up booths to promote tourism and display products from prominent traditional craft villages such as Phu Lang pottery, Dong Ho folk paintings and Xuan Hoi bamboo and rattan weaving. Local specialties, cuisine and OCOP (One Commune One Product) items will also be introduced.
The Dong Ngu Water Puppetry Club from Ngu Thai commune will perform to serve residents and visitors.
