The Vegas Home Quang Chau social housing project is invested by Vega Investment Joint Stock Company, spanning 4.3 hectares and including four 18-floor buildings with 1.558 apartments consisting of 1,236 social housing and 322 commercial apartments.

Each apartment’s area ranges from 27.6 to 63.9 square metre with an integrated convenience system combining a kindergarten, community house, parking lot, green campus and recreational area.

To date, the project has been basically completed to meet the acceptance conditions.

The investor has signed purchase agreements for 955 apartments, representing more than 71.7 percent of the total apartments available for sale. Of these, 712 are social housing apartments, accounting for over 70.6 percent.

After visiting the project and listening to the investor’s report, MPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh highly spoke on the investor’s efforts in implementing the project, contributing to providing accommodations for workers.

For long-term efficiency, he requested the investor to pay high attention to proper management and operation while completing and maintaining quality of the infrastructure and necessary conveniences, ensuring security and order, environmental sanitation, landscape and green campus as well as convenient transportation connections.
