At a meeting on August 3 at Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park, Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh People's Committee (PPC) Pham Van Thinh met with executives from Johnson Health Tech and its subsidiary, Johnson Health Industry Co., Ltd.

Johnson Health Tech Chairman Lo Kun-Chuan said the company is a global manufacturer and distributor of fitness and healthcare equipment, employing more than 10,000 people.

The group operates in 38 countries through 46 subsidiaries and seven manufacturing plants, providing products and localized services tailored to individual markets.

The PPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh said Bac Ninh remains committed to maintaining a transparent, stable and business-friendly investment environment, with government support for investors serving as a key pillar of its economic development strategy.

He said the province continues to rank among Vietnam's leading destinations for foreign investment and expressed hope that Johnson Health Tech would become one of Bac Ninh's flagship foreign-invested enterprises, contributing further to the province's industrial growth.

He added that local authorities would continue supporting the company's long-term development.

During the visit, Johnson Health Tech inaugurated a new manufacturing plant operated by Johnson Health Industry Co., Ltd.

Johnson Health Tech inaugurates its second manufacturing plant in Vietnam.

The first-phase facility covers about 113,500 square metres and forms part of a project with total investment exceeding 1.788 trillion VND (over 68 million USD).

The plant, built by Giza Vietnam at Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park, is the group's second manufacturing facility in Vietnam.

Previously, Johnson Health Tech opened its first factory in 2019 at Thuan Thanh II Industrial Park in Thuan Thanh and Mao Dien wards, also in Bac Ninh.
