Bac Ninh social housing project completed ahead of schedule
BAC NINH - The Vega Homes social housing project in Bac Ninh province has been completed about four months ahead of schedule, providing accommodation for low-income people and workers in and around industrial parks, the project developer said.
The project, formerly known as the Quang Chau commune social housing project for workers and now located in Nenh ward, covers 4.296 hectares with total investment of more than 1 trillion VND (38.6 million USD).

It comprises four 18-storey apartment buildings with a total of 1,558 units, including three social housing blocks with 1,236 apartments, 1,008 for sale and 228 for rent, and a commercial block with 322 apartments.
The project is expected to provide stable accommodation for about 3,600 low-income residents, workers and employees. Apartment floor areas range from 27.6 square metres to 63.9 square metres, offering different layouts to meet residents' needs.
The developer has completed all four apartment buildings, a four-storey parking facility and the project's technical infrastructure, finishing around four months earlier than planned.
The CT.01 commercial building and CT.03 social housing block received construction acceptance approval from the provincial Department of Construction in August 2026.
The CT.02 and CT.04 social housing blocks have also been completed, while the project's kindergarten is expected to complete acceptance procedures and be fully finished in September.
Residents will have access to a range of on-site facilities, including a kindergarten, community centre, a four-storey car park, covered motorcycle parking, landscaped green areas and recreational spaces.
The project is part of efforts to expand housing options for workers and low-income residents as Bac Ninh develops its industrial sector and attracts investment.
