At the meeting, the company introduced training programmes and internship opportunities in key technology fields, including mechatronics, automation, industrial robotics, machine vision and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.

A notable initiative is a three-year "1.5 + 1.5" training model combining academic study with practical experience.

During the first 1.5 years, trainees will study Chinese, acquire specialised knowledge and undertake practical training at academies in China. They will then return to Vietnam for the remaining 1.5 years to take paid internships at businesses.

To improve practical training, Haizhichen Group has worked with Bac Ninh College of Electromechanics and Construction and the College of Industrial Technology to establish practical training centres.

From May to October 2026, the two institutions organised 12 training courses for a total of 102 participants, including lecturers, students and independent trainees.

At the meeting, the company proposed closer coordination with the education sector and training institutions to assess labour demand, develop industry-oriented curricula, and expand internship and employment opportunities for students.

The cooperation is expected to help develop a skilled technical workforce capable of meeting the requirements of Bac Ninh's socio-economic development in the new period.
