AI helps Bac Ninh students improve job applications

Updated: 11:16, 29/10/2026

BAC NINH - More than 300 students from Bac Ninh College of Electromechanics and Construction took part in a training programme on job interview skills, CV writing and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to tailor job applications in 2026.

The programme was organised by the city’s Youth and Children’s Activity Centre in collaboration with Bac Ninh College of Electromechanics and Construction on October 28.

Master’s degree holder Le Anh Tuan discusses job application skills directly with students.

It was led by Nguyen Hoang Thien, CEO of the “Career Guidance 360” ecosystem, and Le Anh Tuan, a master’s degree holder and career guidance and entrepreneurship expert from the Hanoi Youth Union.

Students attended two sessions on using AI to personalise CVs and practising job interview skills for recruitment by businesses.

Rather than relying on a single CV template for multiple job applications, students learned how to use AI to develop and tailor their CVs to highlight their strengths and individual capabilities clearly and specifically, ensuring their applications better matched the requirements of each position and the needs of employers.

The programme also aimed to help students better understand their abilities and career aspirations while building their confidence in recruitment processes.

According to the organisers, the initiative seeks to narrow the gap between the skills employers require and students’ ability to meet those expectations.

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into recruitment, equipping young people with the ability to use the technology proactively and purposefully will help them adapt to changes in the labour market.
