The Bac Giang International Logistic Center is a national level-II logistics center, covering a planned area of 67 hectares in Tien Phong ward with sufficient functions including bonded warehouse, off-airport cargo terminal, inland clearance depot (ICD), cargo sorting and integrated e-commerce fulfillment centers.
This center is conveniently connected to Huu Nghi international border gate, Hai Phong sea port, Noi Bai international airport, future Gia Binh international airport and Kep station, an international transportation terminal.
The integrated e-commerce hub model enables warehousing, cargo sorting, packaging, customs clearance and distribution to be carried out at a single location.
The operator is currently providing cross-border e-commerce logistics services for major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
At the working session, the representatives of express courier companies discussed and assessed the potential for establishing an e-commerce transshipment hub in Bac Ninh.

In his conclusion, PPC Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh stressed Bac Ninh has many advantages to emerge as a logistics and e-commerce hub in Northern region.
With completed traffic infrastructure, developed industrial park network, international multimodal rail station and future Gia Binh international airport, the province has large doors to develop modern cargo transhipment centers to serve both domestic and international markets.
Bac Ninh is committed to building a modern logistics and e-commerce ecosystem, enabling goods to be gathered, sorted, packaged, customs-cleared, and distributed right in the province.
This will serve as a key foundation for reducing logistics costs, strengthening business competitiveness and driving the growth of digital economy.
The provincial leader assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to act as a contact agency to collaborate with related units and businesses to finalise the plan to build the e-commerce hub in the province.
Besides, he affirmed the province will create favourable conditions in mechanism, policies, administrative procedures, land and infrastructure for investors to effectively implement the project.
