Export turnover in 10 months is estimated at over 24.3 billion USD.
BAC GIANG - The export turnover in Bac Giang province reached more than 24.3 billion USD in 10 months, up 22.8% over the same period, reported the Department of Industry and Trade.
Of which, the October’s revenue is estimated at over 3.2 billion USD, up 7.3% over the previous month and up 16.7% over the same period.

This result was achieved because many enterprises, especially those in industrial parks, recovered quickly, expanded production scale while many new enterprises completed factories and put them into operation.
Jing Li, Sales Director of Blueway Vina Co., Ltd in Van Trung Industrial Park (Viet Yen township) informed that the company's revenue in the first 10 months of this year reached the highest since operating in Vietnam and increased by 40% compared to the same period last year thanks to more orders in the field of electronic components.
The province's largest export markets are China, Republic of Korea, Japan and some other countries with major export products of textiles, leather, computers, electronic products and components, phones, electrical equipment and plastic products.
With positive results recorded in the first nine months of 2024 and efforts of businesses, experts are optimistic about the country’s bright export prospects in the rest of the year towards a historical record of 400 billion USD.
Vietnam exported over 7 million tonnes of rice worth 4.37 billion USD in the first three quarters of 2024, up 9.2% in volume and 23.5% in value compared to the same period last year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) has reported.
State budget revenue from import-export activities in the first nine months of 2024 reached more than 306 trillion VND (12.4 billion USD), accounting for 81.7% of the set target and increasing 13.5% from the same period last year, the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has reported.
Vietnam's fruit and vegetable exports are projected to see continued strong growth in the remaining months of the year, helping the sector to achieve its goal of 7 billion USD in export revenue.
