The event will feature 90 stalls, of which 50 will present Vietnamese dishes and 40 others international culinary delights.

Participating countries, represented by their embassies and cultural centres in Vietnam, will bring their traditional charms and music to the event.

Hanoi food signatures include Pho, nem ran (spring roll), cha ca (fishcake), and bun thang (a type of noodle soup that contains up to 20 ingredients).
