Promoting the spirit of pioneer and innovation

First Lieutenant Doan Thi Thu Trang (born in 1992) is an official at Police Division in charge of drug crime in Luc Nam district Public Security. She is acknowledged as good official with dynamic spirit in movement tasks.

After graduating from the People’s Police College, Trang has been assigned to work at Luc Nam district Public Security since October 2013. She is active and enthusiasm in every youth movements. With efforts in practicing and studying, Trang was admitted to the Party organization in 2016.

Promoting the youth strength in preventing and combating criminals, the First Lieutenant directly recced and proposed leader of the division to successfully smash several cases.

Another enthusiasm Party member is Nguyen Van Minh (born in 1991), official at Yen Dung district Youth Union. He has a lot of creative ideas in implementing youth movements.

To attract members and increase the effectiveness of the voluntary campaigns, Minh searched for local signature to consult the district Youth Union’s Standing Board to launch suitable activities.

During the complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic in Bac Giang in May 2021, Minh called on local youth members to appeal, receive and distribute necessities to “Zero VND” stores in the industrial parks with total value of nearly 1.3 billion VND.

Besides, he cooperated with Noi Hoang commune Youth Union (Yen Dung district) to establish three worker youth hostel clubs which supported and reduced the hostel charge for nearly 200 local cases. Minh was honored with Certificate of Merit from Vietnam Youth Federation in 2021.

There are many outstanding young party members like First Lieutenant Doan Van Phuong, Secretary of the Youth Union in the provincial Public Security who called for over one billion VND to construct lighting line and entertainment facilities for children, present gifts to impoverished cases; Giap Thi Due, Secretary of Ngoc Chau commune Youth Union (Tan Yen district) who contributed creative ideas in founding youth and teenager clubs among others.

Creating quality source for the Party

Admitting new party member is one of the key tasks to build and develop pure and strong party organization, help rejuvenate the members of the Party. Further implementing the Resolution No.25-NQ/TW of the Central Party Committee’s Executive Board, all levels of the Party Committee have paid due attention to directing the party development task among the youth and orienting the talented ones to practice and strive.

Bac Giang now has about 12,600 party members at 546 youth unions. 1,549 youth union members were admitted to the Party organization in 2021.

Acknowledging the core role of the young party members in the youth union movements, the provincial Youth Federation has considered the party development among youngster as the crucial task. All levels of the youth union in the province have enhanced the political and ideology education to the youth so as to create excellent youth members as the source for the Party organization.

Annually, the provincial Youth Federation directs all grass roots levels to organize specific learning conferences about the ideology, morality and lifestyle of late President Ho Chi Minh. Amid the disease complicated situation, the political and ideology education has been done in renovation ways such as online sessions, divided teams and groups.

Apart from ideology education, the youth members are allowed to practice and show off themselves to be admitted to the Party organization. In 2021, the youth union at all levels realized more than 5,300 voluntary activities with nearly 185,000 turns of youth participants. Many excellent faces were found and provided with training course on Party acknowledgement. More than 1,500 youth members were admitted to the Party organization.
