The Project will be executed in Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district covering 90 hectares with total capital of 996 billion VND (42 million USD) by Saigon – Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation (SBG). The project is valid from November 4, 2022 till February 5, 2057.

The project is implemented in Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province.

The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province is responsible for the accuracy of the reported information, data and content for verification as regulation; project implementation suitably to the approved plannings; acceptance of ministerial verification.

Local authority is in charge of directing relevant agencies and organizations to instruct the investors to make the document together with formalities which relate to the change of rice growing land purpose in line with legal regulation on land; planning to add more area or increase the effectiveness of other rice growing land as the compensation for the areas with changed purpose.

SBG must ensure the equity to implement the Project on committed schedule and follow legal regulation on land; sufficiently satisfy conditions as regulation.
