The delegates visit the recruitment corners at the job fair. |
Of which, 10 enterprises registered for direct recruitment corners at the job fair with a demand for around 9,000 workers.
This is a good opportunity for workers to seek employment demand, directly talk to employers and select suitable jobs matching their experience and skills acquired during their time working abroad.
Bac Ninh has over 7,000 workers going abroad to work under labour contracts each year, in which RoK and Japan are the most popular markets for Bac Ninh’s workers (accounting for about 40 percent) thanks to their modern working environment, stable remunerations and opportunities for improving professional skills.
Speaking at the event, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs and the Center of Overseas Labour clarified some difficulties and shortcomings facing workers in seeking jobs after returning the home country.
Besides, they urged the enterprises to enhance recruitment accountability and create favorable conditions for returning workers to promote their experience and professional skills they have acquired abroad.
Workers should carefully seek information and recruitment requirements to choose suitable job opportunities and soon stabilize their lives.
