Many enterprises have big demand for workers
BAC GIANG- According to the Bac Giang Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, they have made a survey on labour recruitment demand in 150 out of 426 enterprises in the province’s industrial parks. These 150 enterprises demand to recruit more than 83,000 workers until late 2024 including 3,500 university-graduated workers, 3,100 college and vocational training-degree workers and 76,500 untrained workers, according to the statistics.
Some companies have big demand for workers. Particularly, Fuyu Precision Component Company Limited needs 4,500 workers, Fukang Technology Company Limited will recruit 3,000 workers, Lens Vietnam Technology Company Limited needs 1,000 workers and Newwing Interconnect Technology Bac Giang demands for 2,500 workers.

In order to support enterprises, the provincial People’s Committee has organised a number of delegations led by the provincial leaders to promote labour recruitment in northern provinces of Lang Son, Cao Bang, Hoa Binh and Son Lan and the universities such as Thai Nguyen University of Industry, Hanoi University of Industry and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
Besides, the provincial People’s Committee directed the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training and the colleges in the province to seek for labour resources.
In line with support from the provincial government, enterprises are broadcasting recruitment announcements on mass media and social networks like facebook and zalo with good wage policies to attract workers.
For example, Bac Giang Matsuoka Company Limited in Dinh Tram industrial park is recruiting garment workers offering the income rate from 7 to 10 million VND (276 to 393 USD) per month, especially attractive allowances and bonuses including travel allowance, attendance bonus, productivity and experience bonuses accounting for about 30 percent of the workers’ income.
